After establishing a successful career as a stockbroker, Aida secured her Nevada real estate license in 1990. It didn’t take long for her to see the potential of a firm that offered more for both agents and clients, so she founded Elite Realty in 1991.

Attended Wichita State University and received a BSB degree in business administration and economics from Emporia State University with some MBA courses at UNLV.  Work experience includes project office manager for one of the largest US construction companies on contracts for NASA and US Army Corps of Engineers.  As a hotel manager opened five new hotels in Clark County.  Since 1993 has been Elite Realty’s corporate broker and designated property manager.

Bill Posa has been a licensed Broker/Salesman in Las Vegas for over 22 years. As the Broker/Manager and Education Director of two different companies, during his career, Bill has developed and instructed a variety of CE classes and new agent training programs.

As an active real estate agent Bill strongly believes that the premise of “the client comes first” is the only way to work with people. That and a strong ethical mentality is the key to being a successful agent and Bill has instilled these concepts into the many agents he has mentored over the years.
